Job Requirements

  • Compassionate individuals with at least 6-months customer care experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three consecutive years of driving history with no major moving violations or accidents
  • Successful demonstration of a clean motor vehicle record for ages 21-25
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and on-call
  • Prior delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to educate and communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment delivery and maintenance
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care plans
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Act as the hero behind the scenes, making an impact each day
