Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for 3 consecutive years
- Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and on-call when required
- Age between 21-25 years must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record
- Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to handle medical equipment
- Prior delivery experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers on medical equipment use
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
- Act as a reliable and compassionate point of contact for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
- Maintain accurate records of equipment delivery and maintenance
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve equipment issues
