Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for 3 consecutive years
  • Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and on-call when required
  • Age between 21-25 years must demonstrate a clean motor vehicle record
  • Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
  • Physical ability to handle medical equipment
  • Prior delivery experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to educate patients and caregivers on medical equipment use
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Prior delivery experience preferred
  • Passion for patient care and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on the proper use of equipment
  • Act as a reliable and compassionate point of contact for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment delivery and maintenance
  • Respond promptly to service requests and resolve equipment issues
