Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer care experience
- Flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and on-call
- Clean driving record with three consecutive years of no major violations
- Clean motor vehicle record for ages 21-25
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of exceptional customer care experience
- Prior delivery experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers on equipment use
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call shifts
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Deliver, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at patients' homes and healthcare facilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on proper equipment use
- Make a positive impact through compassionate care and support
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
