Job Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Comfortable conversing with customers
- Available to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
- Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred
- Ability to absorb and apply food safety and brand standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math and transaction processing skills
Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive interactions with travelers
- Operate point-of-sale system and accurately process payments
- Follow proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checking
- Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning
- Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment
- Actively cross-sell and up-sell products
- Maintain solid knowledge of products and services available
- Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and all company policies
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
