Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
- Anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
- Delegate tasks and maintain quality and quantity of products during shifts
- Welcome and assist in training new crew members
- Properly handle customer complaints and resolve guest issues quickly
- Follow directions and interact respectfully with team members
- Maintain clean workstations, guest areas, and exterior as needed
- Operate coffee, sandwich, ovens and other equipment to prepare menu items
- Accurately perform POS transactions
- Complete additional functions as assigned
