Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or fast food environment
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties

Coach crew members throughout the shift to ensure operational Brand standards are met
Set goals and provide job assignments to team members
Motivate crew members to deliver a great and friendly guest experience
Monitor daily store operations to maintain quality and efficiency
Assist with inventory management and stock levels
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Support training of new crew members
