Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
- Anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
- Delegate tasks, maintain quality and quantity of all products during shifts
- Welcome and assist in training new crew members
- Properly handle customer complaints and resolve guest issues quickly with a sense of urgency
- Follow direction and work well with others respectfully with a team approach
- Maintain clean workstations, guest areas, and exterior as needed
- Operate coffee, sandwich, ovens and other equipment to prepare, package and deliver menu items
- Enter orders and collect payment with accuracy
- Perform additional assigned functions as needed
