Job Requirements

  • Early morning availability is a must
  • Be home for the afternoon, evening, and night
  • 2 plus years of restaurant management, team building, and operational experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food handler's certificate
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong work ethic

  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous fast food or quick service restaurant experience
  • Prior experience in managing teams
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
  • Proven ability to drive sales and maintain food safety standards
  • Ability to implement marketing and operational initiatives

Job Duties

  • Manage a guest focused, guest driven restaurant
  • Develop assistant managers and team leads who exceed guest expectations, grow sales, and maximize profit through selection, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Implement incentives to improve speed of service and product quality
  • Ensure store is adequately staffed with quality team members and shift supervisors
  • Implement and devise a local store marketing plan by engaging with the community
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Maintain management depth and knowledge by planning for continued success, recruiting, and selecting management candidates
  • Maintain all food safety standards and implement food safety initiatives
  • Lead day-to-day operations of their respected stores
  • Use software tools such as Excel, Word, and QuickBooks for operational tasks
  • Report to the Director of Operations
  • Be available early mornings and be home in the afternoons, evenings, and nights
  • Foster a positive, fun working environment
