Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- previous people management experience
- self-motivated and dependable
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- physical ability to stand up to 10 hours per shift
- able to lift up to 60 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, and climb ladders occasionally
- capable of pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- must be able to reliably report to work on time as scheduled
- acceptable to change
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- basic language and mathematical skills
- ability to multi-task
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to work 50 hours per week
- willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the Dunkin location
- provide courteous and pleasant customer service
- direct employee staffing, development, and relations
- oversee merchandising and food service quality
- maintain store profitability
- enforce company policies and brand-specific procedures
- create and maintain positive store culture
