Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • previous people management experience
  • self-motivated and dependable
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • stand up to 10 hours during a shift
  • able to lift up to 60 pounds
  • ability to bend, stoop, and occasionally climb a ladder
  • use pushing, pulling, stretching motions and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with insurable driving record
  • basic language and mathematical skills
  • ability to multi-task
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • ability to work 50 hours per week
  • willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • responsible and dependable with ability to adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Manage daily store operations including food service and merchandising
  • supervise and develop store employees
  • ensure excellent customer service and maintain company standards
  • monitor and achieve store profitability goals
  • maintain a positive and respectful workplace culture
  • implement site-specific and brand-specific procedures
  • handle staffing schedules and employee relations
