Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or retail leadership preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift packages if applicable
- proficiency with basic math
- ability to comply with health and safety standards
- fluency in English or predominant local language
- basic computer literacy
- valid work authorization

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- recruit, hire, train and supervise team members including shift leaders and bakers
- foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, coaching and conflict resolution
- implement training programs to enhance skills and performance
- lead by example demonstrating professionalism and company values
- oversee day-to-day operations such as cash management, inventory control and adherence to brand standards
- ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and sanitation regulations
- create and maintain a guest focused culture
- review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
- develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- engage with local community and build partnerships
- stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- communicate priorities, goals and results to the team
- execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
- complete vendor orders and manage product stock
- conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
- ensure the restaurant budget is met
- engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as needed
