Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or retail leadership preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift packages if applicable
  • proficiency with basic math
  • ability to comply with health and safety standards
  • fluency in English or predominant local language
  • basic computer literacy
  • valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • recruit, hire, train and supervise team members including shift leaders and bakers
  • foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, coaching and conflict resolution
  • implement training programs to enhance skills and performance
  • lead by example demonstrating professionalism and company values
  • oversee day-to-day operations such as cash management, inventory control and adherence to brand standards
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and sanitation regulations
  • create and maintain a guest focused culture
  • review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
  • develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • engage with local community and build partnerships
  • stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • communicate priorities, goals and results to the team
  • execute new product roll-outs including training and marketing
  • complete vendor orders and manage product stock
  • conduct self-assessments for food safety and brand standards
  • ensure the restaurant budget is met
  • engage with Dunkin' and Inspire Brands Field Operations team as needed
