Job Duties
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the cafe/store with a friendly smile
- efficiently and accurately take food and beverage/coffee orders
- light cooking on the grill
- operate a cash register efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions
- communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about the menu
- be knowledgeable about the surrounding businesses and airport areas
- report pricing, out-of-date, and inventory issues to management
- stock merchandise and keep an eye on inventory levels
- help maintain a neat and clean cafe/store, including sweeping, dusting, and taking out the trash
- perform additional tasks as assigned
