Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one or more years of relevant food and beverage and stockroom or warehouse experience
- ability to fluently speak and read English
- capable of counting money and making change accurately
- able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- reliable and punctual
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards
- provide guests with great service
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- maintain adequate stock level of all products
- efficiently receive product deliveries and restock stores
- work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays and weekends
- acknowledge and greet customers
- communicate appropriately with team members
- respond positively to feedback and direction
- hold themselves accountable on their shift
- adhere to schedule and arrive on time
- resolve guest problems with urgency
- follow brand standards and deliver quality food and beverage
- complete thorough cleaning of guest areas
- complete required training and support training of other team members
- prepare all products following recipes and procedures
- follow procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security
- comply with all company, brand, casino, and franchisee policies
- understand and implement loss prevention procedures
