Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
- anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
- operate coffee, sandwich, and other restaurant equipment
- perform POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payments with accuracy
- maintain clean workstations and guest areas
- follow directions and work cooperatively with others
- comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchise policies and procedures
- resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
- follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- comply with all applicable laws
