- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Handle cash register and process transactions accurately
- Assist in training new team members
