Job Duties
- Produces bakery products and finishes donuts
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
- Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
- Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
- Processes POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payments accurately
- Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
- Follows directions and collaborates respectfully with team members
