Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of baking experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, smell
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of baking experience preferred
- Experience with high volume scratch baking
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented, punctual, and reliable
Job Duties
- Prepare all baked goods for venue operations according to department quality specs and recipes
- Ensure final baked goods preparation complies with Paragon Casino Resort standards
- Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Participate as a team member with cooks and supervisor employees to produce a smoothly and efficiently run operation
- Create new recipes
- Maintain quality, cost, waste, and distribution of all foods produced
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure ServSafe guidelines are followed by all employees
- Ensure all bakery products are supplied to all venues
- Perform other duties as assigned
