Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and safety procedures accurately
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory
- capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- experience working in a fast-paced retail food environment
- knowledge of food safety standards and certifications such as ServSafe
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays
- good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin bakery products following standardized recipes and procedures
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are cooked to perfection
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies reporting shortages or quality issues to management
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely product availability during peak hours and special promotions
