- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Has open availability, and is flexible to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, holidays, and long shifts, when needed
- Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience is required
- Advanced math and financial management skills

Job Duties
- Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable state and federal laws
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and the development of employees through training and mentoring
- Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner
- Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints
- Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed
