Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Partner with the general manager to lead a high-performing team
  • Ensure all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assist in scheduling staff work assignments
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues timely and professionally
  • Monitor and ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Verify food temperatures, appearance, taste, and preparation methods to define quality
  • Minimize loss and misuse of resources
  • Ensure safe, responsible, and legal serving of alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain equipment according to restaurant safety and preventive maintenance programs
  • Manage inventory by calculating stock levels, ordering supplies, and stocking
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
