Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry trays of food
  • Strong communication skills
  • Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player mindset

Job Duties

  • Efficiently transport food orders from the kitchen to guest tables
  • Ensure accurate order delivery, verifying items and table numbers
  • Maintain food presentation and temperature standards
  • Set tables with appropriate tableware and condiments
  • Clear tables of used dishes and debris promptly
  • Reset tables for incoming guests
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Address guest needs and concerns promptly
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
  • Assist kitchen staff as needed, such as plating dishes or running errands
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
