Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Prepares, measures, and cuts dough
  • Rolls dumpling and bun skins
  • Stuffs, closes, and arranges dumplings and buns in a steamer
  • Adds meat and allergen identifiers
  • Steams dumplings and buns
  • Maintains a clean working space and dumpling room
  • Labels all items in accordance with regulations and procedures
  • Attends monthly staff and dumpling meetings
  • Keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
  • Organizes items within walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Lifts and moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables (up to 50 pounds)
  • Assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding proprietary information including recipes and SOPs
