- Ability to follow recipes and procedures consistently

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare dough, fillings, and other components following standardized recipes and procedures
- Hand-fold dumplings and soup dumplings to meet Ugly Dumpling's quality and presentation standards
- Operate production equipment, including mixers, steamers, and cutters, safely and efficiently
- Monitor the quality and consistency of ingredients and finished products during production
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
- Sanitize equipment, tools, and production surfaces regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Work efficiently to meet daily production quotas while minimizing waste
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages
- Support other team members during peak production periods or special events
- Participate in training sessions to refine skills and stay updated on company procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
