Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration marketing sales or related major with 3 years experience in marketing or comparable area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing sales or related major with 1 year experience in marketing or comparable area
- ability to work full time at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown location
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and project management abilities
- proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools
- ability to analyze and interpret marketing data
- leadership skills and ability to collaborate with sales and revenue management teams
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration marketing sales or related field with 3 years marketing experience

- manages email marketing and digital strategy

- manages partners to ensure deliverables
- executes annual digital marketing plan
- manages OTA strategy with revenue management
- monitors SEO and recommends updates
- identifies digital marketing opportunities
- sets messaging strategy aligned with positioning
- manages Marriott.com and OTA content
- manages photography distribution and photo galleries
- creates landing and discovery pages
- manages guest communications
- sets partnership strategy
- cultivates internal and external partnerships
- manages cluster marketing strategies
- engages with area marketing directors
- sets PR strategy and manages PR agencies
- executes PR events and promotions
- identifies outlet marketing opportunities
