Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years experience in a bar or restaurant environment
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs routinely
- Good manual and finger dexterity
- Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment
- Must obtain Class III A gaming license
- Pre-employment drug testing required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years experience in a bar or restaurant environment
- Two years management experience preferred
- Knowledge of lounge, deli, barista, restaurant, and kitchen operations
- Proficient with POS systems and computer registers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated superior guest relations skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, and beer with precision
- Manage bar setup, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Delegate tasks and supervise team members during shifts
- Provide training and supervision for new staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations
- Support seamless service flow between bar, deli, barista, restaurant, and kitchen areas
