Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- two years experience in a bar or restaurant environment
- knowledge in all aspects of lounge, deli, barista, restaurant and kitchen environments
- good verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of computer registers and POS systems
- must demonstrate superior guest relations
- must have mobility to climb stairs routinely
- must have ability to stand for extended periods
- must have good manual and finger dexterity
- must tolerate smoke-filled environment
- must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- must obtain Class III A gaming license as required by regulatory offices
- pre-employment drug testing
- compliance with tribal hiring preferences
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, and beer with precision
- manage bar setup and maintain immaculate workstations
- oversee transactions accurately using computer registers and POS systems
- support seamless service for guests and waitstaff by upholding service and presentation standards
- assist management by delegating tasks and guiding team members during shifts
- supervise trainees and assume decision-making authority when shift manager is absent
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations while promoting a culture of professionalism
