Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two years experience in a bar or restaurant environment
  • knowledge in all aspects of lounge, deli, barista, restaurant and kitchen environments
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of computer registers and POS systems
  • must demonstrate superior guest relations
  • must have mobility to climb stairs routinely
  • must have ability to stand for extended periods
  • must have good manual and finger dexterity
  • must tolerate smoke-filled environment
  • must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • must obtain Class III A gaming license as required by regulatory offices
  • pre-employment drug testing
  • compliance with tribal hiring preferences

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two years management experience preferred
  • two years experience in a bar or restaurant environment required
  • knowledge of lounge, deli, barista, restaurant, and kitchen operations
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of computer registers and POS systems
  • demonstrated superior guest relations

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, and beer with precision
  • manage bar setup and maintain immaculate workstations
  • oversee transactions accurately using computer registers and POS systems
  • support seamless service for guests and waitstaff by upholding service and presentation standards
  • assist management by delegating tasks and guiding team members during shifts
  • supervise trainees and assume decision-making authority when shift manager is absent
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and gaming regulations while promoting a culture of professionalism
