Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
  • Proven leadership capability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards of guest service
  • Availability to work full time
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service best practices

Job Duties

  • Manages the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
  • Manages staff and leads a specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals
  • Creates and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for service
  • Monitors compliance with standards and procedures
  • Provides excellent customer service and handles guest concerns proactively
  • Reviews financial and performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement
  • Conducts interviews and assists in hiring decisions and promotes fair treatment policies
