Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Proven leadership capability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of guest service
- Availability to work full time
- Commitment to uphold company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service best practices
Job Duties
- Manages the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, Housekeeping
- Manages staff and leads a specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals
- Creates and nurtures a property environment emphasizing motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for service
- Monitors compliance with standards and procedures
- Provides excellent customer service and handles guest concerns proactively
- Reviews financial and performance data to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement
- Conducts interviews and assists in hiring decisions and promotes fair treatment policies
