Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of hotel sales experience required
  • Multi-property or dual-brand experience is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating business relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel between both hotel locations as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce)
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Proactively sell and promote both hotel properties to targeted market segments including corporate, group, SMERF, and local accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through sales calls, site tours, networking, and client events
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation in accordance with brand and company standards
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue potential for both properties
  • Coordinate and conduct site inspections, sales blitzes, and trade show participation on behalf of both hotels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, or similar)
  • Achieve or exceed individual and combined room night and revenue goals
  • Work cross-functionally with catering, operations, and brand teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Regularly analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive
