Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of hotel sales experience required
- Multi-property or dual-brand experience is highly desirable
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating business relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel between both hotel locations as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce)
- Valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Proactively sell and promote both hotel properties to targeted market segments including corporate, group, SMERF, and local accounts
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through sales calls, site tours, networking, and client events
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and follow-up documentation in accordance with brand and company standards
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue potential for both properties
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections, sales blitzes, and trade show participation on behalf of both hotels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, or similar)
- Achieve or exceed individual and combined room night and revenue goals
- Work cross-functionally with catering, operations, and brand teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Regularly analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive
