Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management
- or 2-year degree in related field with minimum 4 years experience
- proven leadership skills
- strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
- financial management experience
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to lead and mentor teams
- strong communication and organizational skills
- availability to work full time in Bellevue, Washington
- eligibility for bonus compensation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience
- or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 4 years of relevant experience
- knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- proficiency in economics and accounting basics including P&L statements and budgeting
- strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- experience in financial resource management
- understanding of business leadership and strategic planning
- familiarity with food production, presentation, and sanitation standards
- ability to manage material resources efficiently
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrated leadership in guest hospitality and staff development
Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant operations and staff daily
- direct food and beverage and culinary management teams
- ensure service and sanitation standards
- oversee pre-meal briefings and staff education
- order and purchase equipment and supplies
- manage booking and service of special events and hospitality suites
- monitor and control department expenses
- establish and achieve performance and service goals
- lead, coach, and mentor employees
- enforce compliance with liquor laws and food safety regulations
- act as role model for excellent customer service
- handle guest feedback, complaints, and satisfaction initiatives
- oversee recruitment, hiring, and performance management of staff
- communicate operational information to executives and teams
- analyze operational data and implement solutions to improve service and profitability
