Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or event management
  • or 2-year degree in related field with minimum 4 years experience
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws
  • financial management experience
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • ability to lead and mentor teams
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • availability to work full time in Bellevue, Washington
  • eligibility for bonus compensation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 6 years of relevant experience
  • or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 4 years of relevant experience
  • knowledge of customer and personal service principles
  • proficiency in economics and accounting basics including P&L statements and budgeting
  • strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • experience in financial resource management
  • understanding of business leadership and strategic planning
  • familiarity with food production, presentation, and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage material resources efficiently
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated leadership in guest hospitality and staff development

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant operations and staff daily
  • direct food and beverage and culinary management teams
  • ensure service and sanitation standards
  • oversee pre-meal briefings and staff education
  • order and purchase equipment and supplies
  • manage booking and service of special events and hospitality suites
  • monitor and control department expenses
  • establish and achieve performance and service goals
  • lead, coach, and mentor employees
  • enforce compliance with liquor laws and food safety regulations
  • act as role model for excellent customer service
  • handle guest feedback, complaints, and satisfaction initiatives
  • oversee recruitment, hiring, and performance management of staff
  • communicate operational information to executives and teams
  • analyze operational data and implement solutions to improve service and profitability
