Job Requirements
- Previous hotel management experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience managing operations in a multi-site or dual property environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to use operational software and data analysis tools
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to compliance with safety and industry regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a dual or multi-site environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in operational software and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate and collaborate with various teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to meet organizational goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement
