Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of local and regional market trends
- exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
- ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- flexible schedule, including availability to be on call weekends and evenings as needed
Job Qualifications

- strong knowledge of local and regional market trends
- exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, Fosse)
- ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- flexible schedule, including availability to be on call weekends and evenings as needed
- experience with group sales, corporate accounts, and event planning preferred
- familiarity with hotel revenue management principles with Marriott a plus
Job Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets
- identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and partnerships
- manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts
- conduct site visits, sales presentations, and client negotiations
- work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns that drive bookings
- collaborate with operations and revenue management to ensure client satisfaction and rate optimization
- monitor sales performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the Delphi system
- attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the hotel and attract business
