Dual Hotel Sales Manager position available in Chattanooga, TN, covering both Hixson and East Ridge areas. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • strong knowledge of local and regional market trends
  • exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
  • ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • flexible schedule, including availability to be on call weekends and evenings as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry

  • exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce, Fosse)
  • ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • flexible schedule, including availability to be on call weekends and evenings as needed
  • experience with group sales, corporate accounts, and event planning preferred
  • familiarity with hotel revenue management principles with Marriott a plus

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets
  • identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and partnerships
  • manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts
  • conduct site visits, sales presentations, and client negotiations
  • work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns that drive bookings
  • collaborate with operations and revenue management to ensure client satisfaction and rate optimization
  • monitor sales performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the Delphi system
  • attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the hotel and attract business
