Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
- strong computer skills
- ability to lift and move tables and chairs for meeting setups
- excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- professional communication and guest service skills
- self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
- strong computer skills
- experience with Marriott/FOSSE and Hilton/PEP preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute group bookings and on-site events from start to finish
- set up and break down meeting and event spaces including tables, chairs, and room layouts
- communicate with clients via phone and email to manage event details and rooming lists
- collaborate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and meet brand standards
- create and post social media content to promote events and offerings
- deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat and referral business
