Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
  • strong computer skills
  • ability to lift and move tables and chairs for meeting setups
  • excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • professional communication and guest service skills
  • self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
  • strong computer skills
  • experience with Marriott/FOSSE and Hilton/PEP preferred
  • excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute group bookings and on-site events from start to finish
  • set up and break down meeting and event spaces including tables, chairs, and room layouts
  • communicate with clients via phone and email to manage event details and rooming lists
  • collaborate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and meet brand standards
  • create and post social media content to promote events and offerings
  • deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat and referral business
