Job Duties
- move throughout the facility and monitor food prep and serving areas to ensure quality and service standards
- control profit and loss elements of the food and beverage operations
- work with sales team to ensure meeting spaces are properly supplied and maintained
- coordinate with corporate food and beverage team for meal and menu planning
- manage administrative duties including tracking expenses, maintaining profitability, and invoice input
- collaborate on product pricing, menus, and wine selection
- restock and replenish the Pavilion Pantry
- maintain inventory including budgeting, food costs, and coding invoices
