Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years' experience in a beverage or food outlet

Job Duties

  • move throughout the facility and monitor food prep and serving areas to ensure quality and service standards
  • control profit and loss elements of the food and beverage operations
  • work with sales team to ensure meeting spaces are properly supplied and maintained
  • coordinate with corporate food and beverage team for meal and menu planning
  • manage administrative duties including tracking expenses, maintaining profitability, and invoice input
  • collaborate on product pricing, menus, and wine selection
  • restock and replenish the Pavilion Pantry
  • maintain inventory including budgeting, food costs, and coding invoices
