Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- ability to manage multiple properties
- supervisory and leadership experience
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with budgeting and financial reporting
- willingness to work full time on-site at Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Metairie
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
- strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- experience managing budgets and financial performance
- ability to lead teams and manage multiple properties
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards and brand service requirements
