Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and lead teams effectively
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational and sales strategies
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations
  • Proven leadership skills in the hospitality or related industry
  • Strong strategic planning and financial management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing multiple departments and teams
  • Knowledge of revenue management and sales strategies

Job Duties

  • Manages general property performance including sales, marketing, and profitability
  • Oversees and implements service programs and operational standards
  • Manages labor flow and department budgets to achieve profitability goals
  • Leads capital improvement projects and maintains property standards
  • Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Office
  • Manages relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Conducts human resource activities including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee development
