Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major and 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and lead teams effectively
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational and sales strategies
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Job Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills in the hospitality or related industry
- Strong strategic planning and financial management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing multiple departments and teams
- Knowledge of revenue management and sales strategies
Job Duties
- Manages general property performance including sales, marketing, and profitability
- Oversees and implements service programs and operational standards
- Manages labor flow and department budgets to achieve profitability goals
- Leads capital improvement projects and maintains property standards
- Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Office
- Manages relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Conducts human resource activities including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and employee development
