Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well under pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with Windows and company software
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Must meet legal age requirements for beverage service at select properties
- Basic market knowledge

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and during their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores through teamwork
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology effectively in the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly and approved greetings
- Keep all areas of the hotel clean and organized including guest rooms and public spaces
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Conduct daily walks of the hotel to ensure service and cleanliness
- Lead onboarding, training, and development of new and existing team members
- Oversee compliance with brand standards and quality assurance
- Manage safety inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure team members adhere to proper uniform standards and friendly guest interaction
- Manage scheduling, time clock review, purchasing, invoice processing, and inventory management
- Provide daily coaching and constructive feedback
- Support a positive teamwork environment with clear communication and collaboration
