Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent hotel experience
- 3 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience
- Hilton and Marriott experience highly preferred
- Experience with GSS improvement highly preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales and revenue
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage staff, budgets, and overall profitability and reputation of the hotels
- Report to the Corporate Director of Operations
- Drive sales and revenue growth for both properties
- Implement strategies to improve Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS)
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with HVMG's Culture of Excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
