Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG's culture of excellence
Job Qualifications
- College degree or two years of hotel experience
- 3 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience
- Experience with Hilton and Marriott brands highly preferred
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction
- Ability to drive sales and revenue for the hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage staff, budgets, and overall profitability of both hotel properties
- Implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor and improve Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) scores
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and corporate policies
- Foster a positive work environment promoting team engagement and development
- Report operational performance and challenges to the Corporate Director of Operations
