Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG's culture of excellence

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or two years of hotel experience
  • 3 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience
  • Experience with Hilton and Marriott brands highly preferred
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction
  • Ability to drive sales and revenue for the hotel
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage staff, budgets, and overall profitability of both hotel properties
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and improve Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) scores
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and corporate policies
  • Foster a positive work environment promoting team engagement and development
  • Report operational performance and challenges to the Corporate Director of Operations
