Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Warm, professional demeanor reflecting company culture

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent hotel experience
  • 3 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience
  • Experience with Hilton and Marriott brands preferred
  • Proven ability to drive sales and revenue
  • Experience with Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) improvement
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage staff, budgets, profitability, and the overall reputation of the hotels
  • Report directly to the Corporate Director of Operations
  • Implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals
  • Drive sales and revenue growth for both hotels
  • Lead initiatives to improve Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) scores
  • Foster a positive work environment and team engagement
