Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent hotel experience
- 3 to 5 years of hotel general manager experience
- Experience with Hilton and Marriott brands preferred
- Proven ability to drive sales and revenue
- Experience with Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) improvement
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage staff, budgets, profitability, and the overall reputation of the hotels
- Report directly to the Corporate Director of Operations
- Implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals
- Drive sales and revenue growth for both hotels
- Lead initiatives to improve Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) scores
- Foster a positive work environment and team engagement
