Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years of hotel management experience
  • Minimum one year experience as AGM director of operations or director of rooms
  • Ability to lift carry push or pull 10 lbs
  • Ability to stand walk and work at times in confined spaces throughout the shift in full sight of guests

Job Qualifications

  • Four year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Four years of hotel management experience required
  • Minimum one year experience in a current or previous role as AGM Director of Operations or Director of Rooms
  • Additional language ability preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead with purpose and precision overseeing key administrative tasks such as reports audits budgets payroll capital planning and profit strategies while driving improvements that boost performance and revenue
  • Hire coach and inspire department leaders guiding them to operate efficiently and exceed expectations setting clear goals reviewing performance and implementing action plans that fuel continuous growth
  • Be hands-on when needed stepping into operations to resolve issues quickly and effectively handling guest concerns with care and proactive solutions touring the property daily to ensure top-tier cleanliness quality and service
  • Engage with both team members and guests to build strong relationships representing the hotel proudly in the community with clients and at corporate events meetings and committees
  • Manage staffing levels and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and efficient hotel operations
  • Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to achieve budget goals
  • Oversee maintenance and housekeeping departments to ensure outstanding facility upkeep and guest satisfaction
