Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a general manager role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in financial management including budget forecasting and P&L analysis
- Knowledge of relevant governmental regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and execute business strategies
- Availability to work in the designated location
- Commitment to upholding brand standards and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering financial results with ability to analyze P&L statements and develop budgets
- Demonstrated experience in building and growing cohesive teams
- Proven history of positive associate engagement and high guest satisfaction scores
- Solid knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage strategies
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA regulations
- Strong labor productivity management skills
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Experience in a similar leadership role with 3-5 years as a General Manager preferred
- Experience with branded or upscale hotel properties is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and develop teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results for hotel and food & beverage
- Serve as the strategic business leader responsible for the overall performance of the hotel while maintaining brand and White Lodging standards
- Direct leadership teams across departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Lead day-to-day culture and uphold ethical leadership to achieve associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Build owner confidence through proactive communication and delivering solid business results
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Regional Vice Presidents and Corporate Leadership team
