Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- must have a bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- must be able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, crouch, lift up to 25 pounds, travel as needed
- must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- must possess a valid driver's license
- must be able to operate computers and office machinery
- must maintain composure under pressure
- must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- work with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- support all groups and events at the hotel
- answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- greet guests happily by name while cleaning
- complete all operational checklists accurately and at designated times
- ensure shift handover reports are accurate and on time
- wear clean, approved uniforms and be well-groomed at all times
- communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- maintain a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
- collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- conduct daily supervision including walks through guest rooms and public spaces
- ensure all mechanical equipment is tested and in working order
- onboard new team members and adhere to onboarding checklists
- complete daily summaries and night audit processes according to policy
- start and complete shift handover reports promptly
- oversee adherence to brand quality assurance standards
- require team members to wear proper uniforms and greet guests with a smile
- certify all fire and life safety inspections are current and correct deficiencies
- confirm preventative maintenance tasks are performed and checked for quality
- see that team members adhere to work schedules
- build culture of learning and safety
- ensure staff has the required functional expertise
- communicate future growth opportunities and career paths
- provide daily feedback with candor and positivity
- review previous day time clock punches per policy
- adhere to purchase order processes and invoice submissions
