Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Proven financial management skills including budget development and P&L analysis
  • Ability to lead and influence diverse teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  • Capacity to manage labor productivity efficiently
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering financial results with expertise in P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
  • Demonstrated ability to build, influence, and grow cohesive teams
  • Experience enhancing associate engagement and guest satisfaction scores
  • Solid knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing, and food and beverage strategies
  • Familiarity with governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, and NFPA
  • Skilled in labor productivity management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in executing strategies to create unique guest experiences and maximize revenue
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar leadership role as a General Manager
  • Experience in branded or upscale hotel management is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver overall financial, cultural, and experiential results
  • Achieve business goals while maintaining brand style and ambiance
  • Serve as the strategic business leader responsible for hotel performance, including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor
  • Direct leadership teams and develop performance across all operating departments including food and beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
  • Lead daily culture, promoting ethical leadership and achieving associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Build owner confidence through proactive communication, managing expectations, and delivering solid business results
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Regional Vice Presidents and Corporate Leadership team
