Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a General Manager in hotel industry
- Experience with branded or upscale hotel properties preferred
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Proven leadership skills with ability to engage and develop teams
- Knowledge of relevant governmental regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
- Creative problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
Job Qualifications
- Proven financial management skills including ability to analyze P&L, develop budgets, forecasting, and capital planning
- Demonstrated ability to build, influence, and grow cohesive teams
- Track record of achieving positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction scores
- Knowledge of cross-discipline strategies in revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage
- Understanding of governmental regulations and safety standards such as OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, and NFPA
- Strong problem-solving and strategic execution capabilities
- Experience as General Manager in branded or upscale hotel preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar leadership role
Job Duties
- Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results
- Serve as the strategic business leader responsible for hotel performance and brand standards
- Direct leadership teams across operating departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Maintain day-to-day culture and ethical leadership to drive associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Build owner confidence through proactive communication and delivery of business results
- Manage P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor
- Perform other duties as assigned by RVPs and Corporate Leadership
