Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in financial management and strategic planning
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and brand quality assurance
- Ability to work collaboratively with owners, leadership teams, and staff
- Commitment to ethical leadership and associate engagement
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering financial results with effective financial management skills
- Experience analyzing P&L statements, developing budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
- Demonstrated ability to build, influence, and grow cohesive teams
- Positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction scores
- Knowledge of cross-discipline strategies in revenue management, sales, marketing, and food and beverage
- Understanding of governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
- Strong labor productivity management skills
- Effective problem-solving and strategic execution abilities
- Experience as a General Manager preferred, with 3-5 years in similar leadership roles
- Experience in branded hotels or upscale properties is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead, develop, and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural, and experiential results
- Serve as the strategic business leader responsible for overall hotel performance
- Maintain brand standards relating to P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor
- Direct leadership teams and develop the performance of operating departments including food and beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
- Lead day-to-day culture and ethical leadership to achieve associate engagement and guest satisfaction
- Build owner confidence through proactive communication and managing expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned by RVPs and Corporate Leadership team
