Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel experience
- Ability to lead and manage multiple teams effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and compliance
- Experience with operational management and guest service excellence
- Capable of handling HR functions related to recruitment, training, and staff retention
- Ability to act as manager on duty and oversee multiple property operations
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in hotel front office or guest services management
- Strong guest-service philosophy with the ability to create a welcoming, guest-focused environment
- Knowledge of revenue management, hotel operations, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills
- Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor front desk supervisors and the dual guest services manager to ensure consistent service excellence
- Maintain superior guest satisfaction by setting the standard for front desk operations, check-in/out processes, phone etiquette, and hotel amenities
- Oversee breakfast operations to ensure quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and guest delight
- Act as manager on duty, supporting operations across both properties
- Partner with the general manager and sales team on rooming lists, rate codes, and business opportunities
- Handle HR functions for front desk staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, evaluations, and retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, health and safety codes, and key control procedures
- Conduct property inspections, oversee preventive maintenance, and maintain product standards
- Mentor and develop future management talent within the front office teams
