Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel experience
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple teams effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and compliance
  • Experience with operational management and guest service excellence
  • Capable of handling HR functions related to recruitment, training, and staff retention
  • Ability to act as manager on duty and oversee multiple property operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in hotel front office or guest services management
  • Strong guest-service philosophy with the ability to create a welcoming, guest-focused environment
  • Knowledge of revenue management, hotel operations, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor front desk supervisors and the dual guest services manager to ensure consistent service excellence
  • Maintain superior guest satisfaction by setting the standard for front desk operations, check-in/out processes, phone etiquette, and hotel amenities
  • Oversee breakfast operations to ensure quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and guest delight
  • Act as manager on duty, supporting operations across both properties
  • Partner with the general manager and sales team on rooming lists, rate codes, and business opportunities
  • Handle HR functions for front desk staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, evaluations, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, health and safety codes, and key control procedures
  • Conduct property inspections, oversee preventive maintenance, and maintain product standards
  • Mentor and develop future management talent within the front office teams
