  • relevant administrative or event support experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Verify event planning and execution within the property
  • provide on-site sales support for General Managers
  • complete delegated administrative tasks
  • act as main point of contact for guests organizing and attending meetings
  • serve as liaison for Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams
  • collect, develop, and submit material for updating Marriott.com websites
  • maintain professional appearance and uphold company confidentiality
  • welcome and address all guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and meet guest service needs including assisting disabled guests
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • prepare and review documents accurately and punctually
  • respond to phone calls using proper etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • support team goals and respond appropriately to guest concerns
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • perform other reasonable work duties as requested by supervisors
