Job Duties

  • act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
  • maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
  • ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
  • conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food/beverage revenue and ensure billing accuracy
  • manage event logistics and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain detailed event documentation and client records
  • collaborate with catering and banquet teams to deliver optimal service
