Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Basic knowledge of event management
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if required

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, banquets and event service operations
  • Customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work reliably and consistently
  • Experience in sales, catering or banquets preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail with a 'make it right' mindset
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Duties

  • Act as a liaison between sales person and customer throughout the event process to ensure success of meetings and events
  • Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements
  • Ensure events run smoothly by communicating and coordinating with sales and various operations departments for execution of details
  • Conduct monthly forecasting of estimated food and beverage revenue
  • Ensure billing accuracy
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to manage event logistics
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to event execution
