Echo Suites by Wyndham in Springfield, Missouri, is a franchised hotel property operating under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts umbrella. Known for blending comfort, quality, and excellent guest services, the hotel caters to a diverse clientele that includes business travelers, tourists, and event planners. Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales and marketing
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Strong negotiation, sales, and client relations skills
- Working knowledge of sales systems such as Delphi
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Familiarity with the local market and a proactive, guest-first mindset

Job Duties
- Lead all hotel sales and marketing initiatives, driving revenue across room and catering departments
- Supervise and motivate the sales team including managers, coordinators, and catering staff
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan and sales action plan
- Cultivate new accounts and maintain strong relationships across corporate, government, SMERF, leisure, and association markets
- Conduct engaging site tours for prospective clients showcasing the property’s best features
- Represent the hotel in the community and participate in industry organizations
- Oversee promotional campaigns and customer communication efforts
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction that drives repeat business
